This option is suited to those preparing for Hyrox or similar events who want a clear strength-focused plan to follow without ongoing coaching. You will receive a 4-week programme delivered through the app, with 2 sessions per week, focused on developing strength, improving movement efficiency, and building the capacity to perform under fatigue. Sessions are progressive and allow you to select and track your own loads, helping you build awareness and consistency in your training.
